From Classroom to Industry: "Generasi MADANI" Educational Visit
A joint delegation of upper secondary students from SMK Kampung Nangka, SMK Sacred Heart and SMK Saint Elizabeth recently gathered to participate in an educational visit to corporate headquarters of our Sunlun Group of Companies in Sibu, Malaysia, on 8 November 2025.
What was the purpose of the educational visit?
The visit was held in conjunction with “Kem Pemimpin Generasi MADANI” – a nationwide co-curricular enrichment programme under the “Konsep Generasi MADANI” initiative introduced by Malaysia’s Ministry of Education to foster holistic character development among students.
How did students participate during the educational visit?
As part of the programme, the students participated in “Kajian Lapangan dan Tanggungjawab Sosial” during the visit, engaging in an interactive field study to gain deeper insights into tyre and automotive industry through thoughtful Q&A sessions and a guided tour of our facilities.
How does the educational visit reflect our role in the industry?
We wish to express our thanks to the student delegation and accompanying teachers for their lively participation during the visit and reaffirm our commitment to continue playing our role in advancing public awareness of the fast-evolving tyre and automotive industry in Malaysia.
